Duncan MacDougall has over 10+ years of experience in the music industry producing events and looking after artist bookings. Today, his time is divided between forming strategic alliances with music labels, talent agencies and producers (Universal,Virgin music, MTV, Coalition) and managing the company’s operations.
Lisa Mac is a creative director and social media marketing expert who after 8 years of agency experience, decided to focus on the music industry and launch BandMark. She has lectured at conferences about digital music sales and been invited to several industry events to share her opinion. Her day to day involves consulting New Media depts and directing technical staff for branding and development of social media profiles and websites.
Antonello Di Domenico / iAnts is a digital and social media consultant whose main area of expertise lies in creative direct communication channels between content creators and consumers. iAnts also specializes in educating the music sector about new web-based distribution methods, the importance of implementing and managing the array of social media platforms available today.
Passionate about music and with a keen interest in digital media, Antonello has spent 15+ years working with various music labels & entertainment companies, both major and indie. iAnts currently consults a variety of music labels, management firms and artists for their online, social media, web and digital marketing needs.
Elza Kephart graduated from Emerson College in film production/screenwriting and attended the Canadian Film Centre’s Director’s Lab. She been working in the film and television industry since 1995 writting and directing several projects for television, film and the web. Elza’s won numerous awards for her productions that have been screened at dozens of festival around the world. She now works for BandMark directing viral music videos and managing the internal social media staff.
Jeff Belisle is a decision-oriented brainiac. He has a M.Sc. in marketing and has done Ph.D studies in Marketing and Statistics at McGill University. He brings his contagious passion and experience in both the web analytics and social media worlds as a consultant for large corporations (Procter & Gamble, Bell, Astral). Jeff has been a guest speaker at several local and international conferences and has lectured in market research and e-marketing classes at HEC Montréal.
